This gas Combi Steamer is integrated with all the functions of baking, roasting, stewing,
and heating such that it can cook various kinds of cuisine.
On one hand, it can saves a lot of euqipment like baking, roasting, and steaming ovens; On the other hand, it is capable of lowering the operating cost greatly by saving kitchen space and operators.
Employing the tabor-fan to provide air supply and heat, the food can be heated evenly.
The heat is conducted by pipeline to protect food from contacting with the flame and smoke directly
such that the food is clean and good in color, flavor and taste without contamination. The temperature and needed for cooking different food can be regulated according to the needs
of the food due to the equipped temperature control device and timer.
